Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to examine the role of intellectual capital on the performance business organizations in Saudi-Sudanese Bank.

The study used the descriptive, the inductive, deductive approach and statistical method to analyze the data.

Data was gathered via 200 questionnaire distributed to participant.

The questionnaire consisted of (27) items of close ended response type employees.

The study revealed several findings; the most important one was that there is commitment to increase the knowledge of the employees and the experienced people.

There is a continuous development of the skills of the employees, and the top management is committed to develop the creativity and innovation of the employees.The study recommended that: The need for the outstanding leadership performance to be linked to the system of honoring the purpose of motivating the scientific the employees cadres in a distinctive manner through a festive work.

It is also an opportunity to motivate the rest and the importance of forming a permanent committee for career development, including heads of departments ,the Bank has the responsibility to develop and activate intellectual capital policies to enhance the satisfaction of the job satisfaction among the group of employees and to plan and follow up their development programs.
