Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى الإدارة المرئية و علاقتها بالتميز الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة البلقاء من وجهة نظر معلميهم، و قد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (222) معلقا و معلمة، و بنسبة (9625) من مجتمع الدراسة، و تحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة تم تطوير أداة للدراسة، و تكونت من جزأين، الجزء الأول يقيس مستوى الادارة المرئية، و تكون من (30) فقرة موزعة على (3) مجالات، و الجزء الثاني : يقيس مستوى التميز الاداري، و تكون من (37) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الإدارة المرئية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة البلقاء من وجهه نظر معلميهم جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت أن مستوى التميز الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة البلقاء من وجهه نظر معلميهم جاء بدرجة متوسطة، و وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين مستوى الادارة المرئية و مستوى التميز الاداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة البلقاء من وجهة نظر معلميهم بلغت (0.73) و هي قيمة دالة إحصائيا.

وأوصت الدراسة بتطبيق أسلوب الإدارة المرئية والاستفادة منه في تحقيق التميز الإداري في المدارس، و العمل على تطوير البرامج الدراسية من قبل مديري المدارس عن طريق تنفيذ دورات و ورش عمل تساعدهم في التطوير و تدريب مديري المدارس على كيفية وضع الخطط التي تسهم في الحد من الهدر المدرسي.

English Abstract

This study defines the level of visual management and its relation to the administrative excellence of secondary school principals in Balqa Governorate from the point of view of their teachers, the study relied on the descriptive survey correlative method, the sample of the study consisted of(222) teachers, and (25%) of the study population.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool for the study was developed.

It consisted of two parts.

The first part measures the level of visual management.

It consists of (30) items distributed over (3) areas.

The second part : measures the level of administrative excellence, and consists of (37) paragraphs distributed over (4) areas.

The results showed The level of visual management of the principals of secondary schools in the province of Balqa from the point of view of their teachers came to a medium degree, and the level of administrative excellence of the principals of secondary schools in the province of Balqa from the point of view of their teachers came to a medium degree, the existence of a positive correlation between the level of visual management and the level of administrative excellence of the principals of secondary schools in the province of Balqa from the point of view of their teachers amounted to (0.73) a statistically significant value.

The study recommended Applying a visual management approach in achieving administrative excellence in schools, developing school programs by principals by implementing courses and workshops that help them in developing, and training school principals on how to develop plans that contribute to reducing school wastage.
