Reading is considered as a complex process which provides a group of skills that include many processes such as understanding,remembering, deducing and evaluating.

Some education scientists define reading as: precognition, recognizing, comprehension; reading is not only a recognition and a visual perception of signs but it is the perception of relations and the vision of results and hidden meanings throughout the precognition mechanism.

These elements can't be set except through preparing a good reader; able to deal with written texts, and do all reading skills in a perfect way by providing special libraries for people of different ages especially children since they are the seed of society.

Algeria is one of the countries that were deeply interested in public spaces due to their active role in enriching the knowledge and the upbringing of children thanks to their educative objectives.

From this perception comes my worksheet to answer some questions such as: What is the role of public libraries in the development of reading tendency with children? What is the relationship between national libraries and schoolin the shade of sustainable development.
