Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن مستوى القوة التنظيمية لمديرات المدارس الثانوية الخاصة و علاقتها بالإبداع الإداري في محافظة العاصمة عمان، و قد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (450) معلمة اي ما نسبته 10% من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عدده (3832) معلمة.

و تحقيقا لهدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير أداتين للدراسة تمثلتا باستبانتين، إحداهما لقياس مستوى القوة التنظيمية و الأخرى لقياس مستوى الإبداع الإداري لمديرات المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان و قد تم التحقق من صدق الأداتين و ثباتهما.

و قد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى القوة التنظيمية لمديرات المدارس الثانوية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر معلماتهن جاء متوسطا، بمتوسط حسابي (3.49) و انحراف معياري (0.42)، و أن مستوى الإبداع الإداري لمديرات المدارس الثانوية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر معلماتهن جاء مرتفعا، بمتوسط حسابي (3.98) و انحراف معياري (0.50)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01) بين القوة التنظيمية و الإبداع الإداري لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان.

و في ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بما يلي : • عمل خطة تعاونية بين المدارس الخاصة و المدارس الحكومية لتبادل الخبرات بين المدراء.

• التنويع في استخدام مصادر القوة كتأثير يتناسب مع التنوع في خصائص العاملين من حيث (الخبرة، الالتزام، الولاء) و أيضا طبيعة الموقف.

English Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the level of organizational power with its relation to administrative creativity of the principals of private secondary schools in the capital Amman governorate.

The study sample totaling (450) teachers, with a percentage of 10% of the study population consisted of (3832) teachers.

In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed two study tools represented by two questionnaires, one of them measures the level of the organizational power, and the other to measure the level of administrative creativity of the principals of private secondary schools in the capital Amman governorate, in addition the validity and reliability of these questionnaires has been verified.

The results of the study showed that the level of organizational power of the principals of private secondary schools in the capital Amman governorate from the point of view of their teachers was average, where the mean was (3.49) with a standard deviation (0.42).

On the other hand, the level of administrative creativity of the principals of private secondary schools in the capital Amman governorate came high, with mean (3.98) and a standard deviation (0.50).

The results also showed a positive correlation between the organizational power and administrative creativity.

In light of findings of the study, the researcher recommended the following: 1.

Conducting a cooperative plan between private schools and government schools to exchange experiences among managers.

2.

Paying attention to diversify the use of the power sources as it affects the diversity of the characteristics of the workers in terms of experience, commitment and loyalty, as well as the nature of the situation.
