The study aimed at revealing the degree of practice of secondary school principals in Al-Koura district for the management of values from the point of view of their teachers In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (25) paragraphs divided into four areas that measure the degree of management practice in values, where the community of the study of secondary school teachers in the district of Koura and their number (1868(The questionnaire was randomly distributed to the 289 teachers of the secondary school.

The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing secondary school principals in Al-Koura district was moderate, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in (0.05) in the total score on the tool due to gender variable For females and there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) due to the impact of the years of service and for the benefit of the categories (10 years) and more in the field of management of the task to the degree of the practice of secondary school principals in the Koura district to manage the values from the point of view of their teachers.
