The study objective is to measure the Human Resources Management Practices: Employee Empowerment, Training & Development, and Compensation & Rewards and its role in the Organizational Performance: Productivity of services, Service quality, Profitability, and Corporate Social Responsibility of Jordanian Telecom Group- Orange.

The study population consists of all employees working in Jordanian Telecom Group – Orange which are (1484), samples of (110) employees were selected to represent the study population; the researcher distributed the questionnaires to the study sample.

To achieve the study objective and to test the hypotheses, the (SPSS) statistical program of social studies was used.

The study findings revealed that Human Resources Management Practices (HRMP, s): Employee Empowerment, Training & Development, and Compensation & Rewards have a significant and positive effect on the Organizational Performance (OP): Productivity of services, Service quality, Profitability, and Corporate Social Responsibility of Jordanian Telecom Group - Orange.

Based on the study results the researcher suggests that top management and executive managers of Jordanian Telecom Group – Orange to trigger Human Resources Management Practices (HRMP, s) at their Group, and adopt the best practices of it, and develop the Organizational Performance (OP) of their employees to keep their competitive advantage at the local telecommunication sector of Jordan, international, and global environment.
