Abstract EN

In consideration of its geographical location, its natural extension and its geopolitical role throughout the long history, Algeria formed the ambitions of many colonial powers either directly, or through desperate attempts to stir sedition and stir up strife.

Through their juristic heritage and intellectual approach, Algerian scholars have sought to perpetuate the values of citizenship and defend the moderate Islamic identity of Algeria, so they took great care, not to enable their enemy to contain them, or to melt them in their own container, and they always seek to have them.

Their independent character, and distinct approach.

Algerian history reminds us of many great examples of adherence, pride and great pride that the Algerians were carrying to their homeland, and the principles and values that Islam brought them up.

In doing so, the distinctive juristic heritage and the effective role that religious elites were playing in instilling the values of citizenship in the hearts of Algerians through its diverse Quranic and juristic schools and its rooted mystical corners.

The inherent of the enlightened juristic movement wrapped around the values of loving the country, defending it and building its gaps, especially after the fall of Andalusia and the subsequent migration of Andalusians to the Islamic Maghreb.

Accordingly, we are trying, through this modest intervention, to shed light on the Sufi elites and examples of the flags of the schools of jurisprudence, which were conveyed to us by the juristic heritage in the region of Oran, and to highlight their effective role in perpetuating the values of citizenship and the defense and protection of the country.
