The last decade of twentieth century, knew wide and rapid changes in the world of business namely rapid technological development strange end rigorous market competition associated to demolished economic barriers.

All had considerable effect up on social classes' composition in many countries on the one side, with additional impacts up on managerial system and human resources management in particular, on the other side.

1 luman resource management is expected answer before to make qualitative jump coherent with international Market retheme, characterized by product quality, highly served customer height level productivity and very considered employees empowerment.

This variable for instance can enable decision makers to achieve competitiveness-advantage in the Market place.
