Abstract EN

The economic environment affected business management which led to the increase in the importance of employees in the institutions, and thus the idea of empowerment appeared.

the latter is a transfer of sufficient authorities for employees to make them perform their tasks without a direct intervention of the administration, in addition to the support of the employees’ abilities and skills, rehabilitation and confidence in them.

moreover, it ganges their performance based on clear goals, making them responsible for the results of motivated partnership in the vision, leadership and aims, and thus improving performance.

in fact, this study endeavors to show empowerment and its relationship with the performance, through applying it to one of the Algerian institutions.

when we unloaded and analyzed the data obtained from the study sample, using statistical package of social sciences (SPSS), we found a great impact of administrative empowerment on performance.

these results agree with the theoretical side of the study.
