Abstract EN

In regions where geographical or political problems hinder the use of other forms of communication technology, such as optical fibers, as is the case between the West Bank and Gaza strip, has resulted in much debate on application of microwave radio as an alternative for optical fibers, specially between West Bank cities.

This paper presents the results of the microwave radio path analysis for the present Gaza-Hebron link, and gives a prospect for the future expansion for the microwave radio backbone telephone links in West Bank.
