Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the provisions of Public Prosecution in the Islamic Jurisprudence hi terms of pointing out its legitimacy, judgment and the wisdom of its legitimacy.then to know its relation with the judiciary.

Ombudsman Bureau and Hisbali System.

The study is divided into an Introduction and five topics.

The introduction deals with identifying the Public Prosecution as a compound term The first topic deals with the legitimacy of the public prosecution, the second topic deals with the judgment of the Public Prosecution and the wisdom of its legitimacy, the third topic deals with the relation of the public prosecution with the judiciary, the forth topic deals with the relation of the public prosecution with Ombudsman Bureau, and the fifth topic deals withthe relation of the public prosecution with Hisbali System.
