Abstract EN

This study aims at studying the report of bill royal committee that was drafted about Palestine in 1937 as a result to the palestinian revolution in 1936.

that report consisted of 404 pages in which the royal committee surveyed the history of Palestine since ancient times until times until 1936, and discused the issue of Palestine from different perspectives.

this committee, at the end, arrived at several solutions to the palestinian question one of which state and a third portion (Jerusalem) under the role of the British mandate.

Arabs rejected this solution totally while the Jews accepted it but with aloofness.

Britain went forward in the procedures of applying the project by foming a technical committee for that purpose that was called wood-hide technical committee.
