Abstract EN

The study aimed at revealing the degree of relationship between the trends towards the use of information technology and the degree of guidance for managing change among high school principals in Mafraq Governorate.

The researcher used the descriptive approach.

In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher built a tool for the study "questionnaire", which was distributed to a random sample of (137) managers and managers.

The results showed that the degree of trends towards the use of information technology is high, (3.83).

There was also a strong correlation between (0.82) between the degree of relationship between the trends towards the use of information technology and the degree of guidance to change management among high school principals in Mafraq governorate.

In light of the results, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented.
