تم الحصول على مشتقات ثنائي هيدرو-4،2،1- ترايازين- 6– أون (4a-k) عن طريق تفاعل مركب النيتروأرجينين ميثيل إيستر(3) مع إيمينات النيتريل (2a-k) بطريق التكاثف الحلقي.
و قد تم إثبات النواتج من خلال دراسة أطيافها المختلفة مثل طيف الأشعة تحت الحمراء و طيف الكتلة و أطياف الرنين النووي المغناطيسى البروتوني والكربوني.
Abstract EN
Nitrilimines (2), react with nitro arginine methyl ester (3) at room temperature, through cyclocondensation reaction, to give 1-aryl-3-substituted- 1, 2, 4-triazin-6-ones (4a-k).
The structure of these compounds was deduced from: elemental analysis, IR, mass spectra, 1H and 13C NMR.
