Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the teaching performance of teachers of Islamic education in the primary stage and its relation to improving the language ability of their students.

The sample study included (130) teachers within the Anbar Education Directorate, as well as their 260 students.

In order to implement the study, the researcher prepared the study tools represented by a note card in (the teaching performance of the teachers), and test (language ability) for students.

The researcher used (one way ANOVA) analysis to identify the teaching performance according to the variables (gender, teaching experience).

The study results revealed that the practice of teachers of the primary stage of teaching performance came degree (large), and there are differences in the performance of teaching for the benefit of females.

And there are differences between teachers according to teaching experience, and there are a relationship between the practice of teachers of the primary stage of teaching performance and the linguistic ability of their students.

According to the results, the study came out with several recommendations and suggestions.
