On the other hand, dealing with food as a cultural activity has become a function Effective as it is one of the most prominent types of communication all over the world and hence the subject of this research in the field of food anthropology in general came through a comprehensive holistic anthropological approach to clarify the effect of cultural _ social changes on an essential pillar of food, namely bread, as a trust symbol What is important and what is related to its production of stable and changing social relationships, and this is what we tried to reach through this research, which included an introduction and elements of the research represented in the theoretical and applied importance in addition to the most important goals envisaged from the research and the most important research concepts (food, culture, local community) in addition to two subjects The two main ones were the cultural changes, bread production, the second was the symbolism of bread in the local communities, in addition to the topic of food anthropology and previous studies.
