The teaching profession has become like other professions, needs renewal by virtue of development, as the sector has witnessed many educational and pedagogical developments, it is possible to join the teaching profession through training and issuing certificates, but for an individual to become a professional teacher, this means that the teacher behaves according to the highest standards in the classroom and outside this, it is possible through continuous professional development that helps the teacher to professionalize education.

The professional teacher must first be characterized by professionalism or a professional manner, because professionalizing learning is not sufficient for the success of the learning process, so raising the efficiency of the teacher is a primary goal of the institution.
