Individuals and societies need legislation that regulate their lives and control relations between them.

Legislations that regulate special education are more accurate and complex than the laws of public education, given the diversity of their classes and the large number of their needs.

Therefore, some countries give more attention to these students.

This article aims to identify the extent to which teachers who work with disabilities have knowledge of laws and legislation related to special education and their commitment to implementing.

This study targets several teachers and supervisors who work with students with disabilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The research concluded, however, that teachers and supervisors are not have qualification programs in laws and regulations related to special education.

The results also clearly showed that even though some of them have experience in the field more than seven years, most workers in special education showed that they are not proficient in the legislation of special education.
