The study aimed to identify the degree of ethical leadership practice among secondary school leaders in Al-Kharj Governorate, and to identify the obstacles that face secondary school leaders in Al-Kharj Governorate to specific practices of ethical leadership.

To achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive survey method was adopted, and the researcher (questionnaire) has achieved a tool for the study in collecting the information that results from the reality of the field study; Which was applied in the study community, which is one of the teachers of the secondary schools in AL-Kharj, whose number is (101) female teachers The main results of the study: Secondary school teachers agree to secondary school leaders practicing ethical leadership dimensions with a high degree and came in the first place "administrative attributes", while the last level came as "personal attributes".

The study members of secondary school teachers have low-level approvals on the obstacles of the dimensions of moral leadership, and came in the first place "personal obstacles", while the last level came "humanitarian obstacles".
