The study aimed to determine the level of learning motivation, the locus of control and the relationship between them at Najran university's students.

The researchers developed two instruments to collect data about these two variables.

Data were analyzed using Mean, Pearson Product Moment Correlation and ttest.

The main findings revealed that the level of students' learning motivation is located in the middle, and their locus of control is in the middle between internal and external orientations.

It also demonstrated that the locus of control of students positively correlates with their motivational learning.

The results showed that male and female students differ significantly at the internal source of control in the direction of male, while they differ significantly in the level of motivational learning in the direction of female.

Also, the results showed that Scientific and Art majors' students differ significantly in the internal source of control and in the level of motivational learning in the direction of scientific disciplines' students.
