Are the products of the educational family in favor of education?, or is the outcome of the educational process in the interest of the community to create good families capable of success and continuity? Is the work of the two institutions merging and working together in new and innovative ways, in parallel to the loud, socially, politically, economically, morally and intellectually changing symphony of change, and should the benefits of both institutions be viewed as being in the private or public interest? Is education and education training on economically important skills or an integrated preparation for civilized living and citizenship? These questions may summarize what the researcher wants to achieve by means of the answers that mimic the two institutions whose work is the work of the good man who serves himself, his society and his country.

The idea of education, upbringing, education and direction is often linked to political thought.

The role of the family and the school is mixed up in the composition of the individual, who is supposed to be the main element in preserving and transmitting the cultural ideals.

The institutions can be directed towards highly specific structures and practices, In less specific ways towards the responsibilities of citizenship, which directs us towards relatively coherent cultural values and expectations of a traditional group or the complexities of hybrid identity and conflicting values of a multicultural society such as Iraqi society.
