The issue of administrative empowerment is one of the main topics that has attracted the attention of scientists and researchers in psychology in general and in the administrative field in particular because of its role and importance in the life of the individual in making the appropriate decision, which gives him confidence, authority and freedom of action in the field of their work and this procedure generates for him a sense of importance, efficiency and responsibility .

Given the importance of organizational creativity, this variable was addressed by the kindergarten teacher for her role in teaching and transferring this creativity to the child in the educational process.

The research aimed to 1-Measuring the administrative empowerment of kindergarten teachers 2-Measuring the creative organization of kindergarten teachers.

3-Correlational relationship between administrative empowerment and creative organization among kindergarten teachers.

To achieve these goals, some theories related to the research variables, administrative empowerment and organizational creativity, were addressed.

Then, the current research method was clarified, which stems from the descriptive correlative approach.

The community of kindergarten teachers in the education of the second Rusafa in government schools was identified, and an equal random sample was selected, which numbered (200) teacher was assigned to (10) governmental kindergartens, after which the researcher performed the procedures of constructing the two scales for the research variables and extracting discrimination, honesty and stability for them.

The research came out with the following results: 1-kindergarten teachers enjoy administrative empowerment.

2-kindergarten teachers possess organizational creativity 3-There is a positive relationship between administrative empowerment and organizational creativity among kindergarten teachers.

In light of the results of the research came out with some recommendations and suggestions.
