The research aims to explain the importance of e-learning and its role in improving the quality of education in Iraqi universities, both public and private, and to indicate the extent of the applicability of the e-learning system, as well as that this system increases the level of quality of education, and in order to achieve this, the dimensions of the e-learning administration have been adopted ( E-learning systems, tools and means of e-learning), as was the dependence on the quality of education (reducing the costs of education, reducing time and effort, increasing efficiency), and a group of faculty members (College of Administration and Economics, College of Tourism Sciences, College of Islamic Sciences) was chosen in The University of Karbala is an applied field of research by distributing a questionnaire that included (40) respondents from the faculty members.

A sample of the research has been used.

The natural distribution test sample_k-s was used, and as the Cronbach's Alpha test was used, the sample responses were analyzed and the arithmetic mean and mean deviation were found.

Standard, and finally, ONE SAMPLE TEST.

Electronic and increasing the quality of education, the research has concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to implement and manage electronic education systems because they contribute to the development of curricula and methods of education, which leads to an increase in the quality of education and the research has concluded that electronic education leads to an improvement in the quality of education if it was applied in an optimal manner in addition to some universities It provided the appropriate environment to implement this system, unlike some universities that are still unable to provide the appropriate environment for its application.
