Abstract EN

This study aims at analyzing the reality of higher education in the North African countries, based on studying the degree to which higher education outputs correspond to the reality of work and its contribution to the eradication of poverty, unemployment and the development of society.

Depending on the extent to which these countries realize the value of human wealth as a main motive for education and scientific research, especially the importance and based on the analysis of the reality of higher education graduates in North African countries, it has been concluded that despite the availability of young human resources and the need to develop them in accordance with the needs of these countries.

However, a widening gap between higher and higher education outputs and community development, although they recognize the importance of human resources as a factor of production that requires prior investment based on education.
