This study aimed to The views of the government school teachers about the activation of e-learning the education system and the challenges they face from the point of view of the teachers themselves, The study population consisted of all public schools in the departments of Education of Almazar northern and bni Obaid Directorate, Was selected a random sample of these schools amounted to (165) teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers prepare a questionnaire survey, Consisted of two parts were distributed to the teachers of the schools selected for the sample.

The results showed the following: The views towards employing e-learning system in its entirety was positive, Where the relative importance of all the paragraphs at a rate (68.8%) , total average (3.44), Determinants degree has formed over the middle, where the relative importance of the determinants of medium (67.71%) and a mean (3.38).
