Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the paracrice of intermediate schools in the northern traiangele region for organizational conflict management and its relationship with school performance from teachers' perspective.

The sample of the study was consisted of 236 male and female teachers, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researchers have developed a quessionnaire for this purpose and it consisted of two pars, the first included the respondants' personal variables and the second included 40 items that assesss organizational conflict management method and 39 items that assess school performance.

After checking for its consistency and reliability, the tool was applied and the describtive approach was utilized in this study.

The results of the study indicated that intermediate schools principals' practice level for organizational conflicts' management in the northern triangle region was high , and means for the items of school performance in the northern triangle region were at high level from their perspective, and finally the results indcated a significant statistical positive corrlatin between principals practice for organizationa; conflict management methods and school performance level as the correlation value was (0.835).
