The Research aims to identify the level of scholar adaptation among students in preparatory stage, To realize the research objective, a scale has been prepared which consists of (10) paragraph, after ascertain of its honesty and stability, its applied on research sample of students in (3) schools of preparatory stage in Al-Zahra City in Tripoli/ Libya, during the Academic year 2017/2018, the sample consists of (137) students, male and female, the research revealed the following results: There was decrease in scholar adaptation among preparatory stage's students, there’s differences in Scholar adaptation level among the students, as per academic year variable (1st-3rd), the difference was in favor of 3rd year preparatory stage, The results also showed that there's differences in scholar adaptation level among the students, as per gender variable (Male-Female), the difference was in favor of females.
