The study aims to grasp the extent of the contribution of human capital to achieving structure excellence within the New World vulture Foundation and to grasp the link between them, the study sample consisted of forty body staff, the study found a statistically important impact of the scale of human capital on structure excellence, the study recommends interest in putting in place courses and seminars aimed toward to debate the idea of human capital and structure excellence at the amount of all departments of the New World vulture Foundation, encourage the abilities and ideas provided by staff within the establishment concerning development and strategies of labor and try towards developing the inventive skills and capabilities of staff and lift their capabilities to be told the key understand and seize opportunities by setting a decent incentive system within the organization to develop power.
