Human resources are the true nerve of organizations, Where we find that the latter has a human resources department to assess and develop the performance of employees and strive to raise their efficiency in a way that enhances the capabilities of the organization and can achieve a competitive advantag, We find that the process of human resources development is characterized by development and continuity aimed at raising the efficiency of working staff, Through training to raise capacity and improve their skills and invest in a way that raises the production process.
