Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the actual reality of the performance of a secondary education professor who benefits from the educational preparatory training program for the skill of teaching through the skill of planning, implementation, and lesson evaluation.

the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and in order to achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire was constructed distributed on three dimensions : lesson planning, lesson implementation, lesson evaluation), and after making sure of its validity and consistency, it was applied to the study sample of (50) professors and professors.

among the most prominent results of the study are the following : the actual performance level of the secondary education teacher benefiting from the pedagogical preparatory training program in relation to the lesson planning skill was with a medium degree of practice.

as for the lesson implementation skill, it was with a low degree of practice, and the evaluation skill with a moderate degree of practice.
