This study aims to test the relationship between the strategic management variable of human resources in its dimensions, represented in the recruitment strategy, training, performance evaluation, motivation, and performance variable at the level of the regional directorate of customs in Chlef, where we relied on a descriptive approach to analyze this relationship.

And due to the limited number of Vocabulary of the research community, we conducted a comprehensive survey of all the directorate's employees, by distributing a questionnaire to 106 individual.
