Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the degree possession of teachers of Arabic Language in the preparatory stage for innovative thinking Skills.

The study sample consisted of (205) teachers from males and females for (50%) of the study population of (410) teachers from males and females who teach school students preparatory stage In the Directorate of Education, Baghdad, Rusafa First Selected random manner in class and given the nature of the researcher adopted the descriptive survey to achieve the objectives of the study prepared by the researcher comment card consisting of (34) items distributed on four )area) fluency, resilience, originality, details.

It was checking the veracity of the tool and persistence using equation (Holisty) to calculate the stability of the agreement between the notes and the use of statistical methods researcher in the extraction of averages standard deviations and variance analysis.

Results showed to Possession of teachers of Arabic Language of males and females for the development of innovative thinking Skills moderately with a mean of general tool (2,01) the results indicated that there are statistically significant differences at (0,05) are attributable to variable sex in fever of females and not differences and lack of statistically significant differences at (0,05) due to the variable teaching experience.
