At the end of the 1990s, Web 2.

0 was in use in Human Resources practices, namely recruitment, it was able to create a real revolution, and has been a major inflection point in companies, This research aims to demonstrate the importance of digital recruitment by interviewing 513 respondents.

The results revealed the deep and volatile development of the recruitment/candidate relationship; the explosion of social networks, the multiplication of channels and their digital orientation have allowed a new management of human resources, its true contribution is based on its capacity to offer new tools.

These tools are used by candidates and recruiters will facilitate their connection to the virtual job market, by changing the traditional hiring logic and reflexes beforehand
