أجري هذا البحث بهدف دراسة تاثير الفطر Beauveria bassiana العزلة الصينية B.C.
و الفطر Trichoderma harzianum بالتركيزx310 7 بوغ / مل لكل منهما على حشرة الصرصر ذو الحزم البنيـة (Blattidae) :Supella longipalpa Dictyoptera أظهرت الدراسة فعالية استعمال الفطرين كطعوم مع نخالة الحنطة إذ بلغت أعلى نسبة قتل للحشرات الكاملة 86.67 % بوساطة الفطر B .
bassiana العزلة الصينيةB.C.
كطعوم مع النخالة و بفروقات معنوية عاليةعن بقية المعاملات، و أقلها 36.67 % بوساطة معلقات الفطر T .
harzianum و بفروقات معنوية عن معاملة المقارنة التي لم يحدث فيها موت للكاملات.
بينت الدراسة فعالية معلق الفطر B .
bassiana العزلة الصينية .B.C في خفض نسبة فقس البيض إذ بلغ معدل نسبة فقس البيض 56.66 % و بتاثيرعالي المعنوية.
بينما بلغ معدل نسبة فقس البيض في المقارنة 93.33 %.
و بينت الدراسة أن زيادة التراكيز للمستخلصات الفطرية أدى إلى زيادة نسبة القتل للحشرات الكاملة عند استعمالها بثلاثة تراكيزهي 100% و 50 %و 25 %، و أن أفضل المستخلصات هو للفطر B .

عند التركيز 100% و بنسة قتل 100% .
واقلها مستخلص الفطرT .
harzianum عند التركيز 25 % و بنسبة قتل 40 % و بتاثير معنوي عن معاملة المقـارنة التي لم يحدث موت فيها.
Abstract EN
The research was conducted to study the efects of Beauveria bassiana (the chines isolte B.C.) and Trichoderma harzianum in concentration of 3 x 107 Spore \ ml of each one) on the Brown babanded cockroach, Supella longipalpa (Dictyoptera : Blattidae).
The resalt showed that the adult mortality which casued by B.
bassiana when it used as baiting with wheat bran it about 86.67 % with high significant.
while the less percent 36.67 % was obtained when the suspension of T.
harzianum was used, with high significant difference with control treatment which has no adults mortality.
The study also explained that B.
bassiana reduced the hatching rate of eggs to 56.66 % copared with control which was 93.33 %.
The exudates of fangi significanty increased the adults mortality rate.
high concentration (100 %) of B.
bassiana exudates increased the adult mortality rate to100 % and the low concentration (25 %) of T.
harzianum led to increase the ratio to 40 %, whil the control treatment has no mortality.
