Abstract EN

This Study aimed at Recognizing the Degree of Secondary Schools Effectiveness in the Directorates of Irbid Governorate from Teacher's point of view.

In order to a chive the study purposes, the researchers developed an Instrument to collect data in order to measure the degree of secondary schools effectiveness in the directorates of Irbid governorate.

The study Population consisted of all secondary schools males and female teachers in the directorates of Irbid governorate who were (3965) teachers.

The study sample consisted of (580) teachers, who were chosen randomly, the study reached in to asset of findings, such as: Secondary schools in Irbid governorate have a high level of effectiveness from their teacher's point of view.

The study showed that were no statistical differences at the level (α= 0.05) due to the effect of school gender, and scientific degree, and they revealed that there were statistical differences at the level of (α= 0.05) due to the effect of experience, in favor of those who have more than 5-10 years of experience.
