دور عملية التدريب في التغيير التنظيمي في شركات الاتصالات الأردنية العاملة في محافظة إربد

Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to identify the role of employees’ training in organizational change in the Jordanian telecommunications companies in Irbid Governorate.

To achieve the objectives of the study a simple random sample of (152) employees was selected, and a relevant questionnaire was designed and distributed to the sample.

Only (151) questionnaires were suitable for analysis and discussion.

In order to analyze the data collected, this study relies on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).

The main finding in this study that there a statistically significant impact at (α≤0.05) for the employees’ training process in terms of: training needs identification, designing of training programs, and implementing and assessing the training process on organizational change in Jordanian telecommunication companies.

Recommendations based on the findings of the study are: telecommunication companies should pay attention to designing training programs, commit to make a technical change and change in services .

Also the experience of competitors needs to be considered when applying changes to services offered.
