The continued development of human resources is a critical strategic issue in most organizations and a particularly difficult challenge given the specific shifts in strategy, In this study paper we focus to show the importance of having a fit internal climate to effect the CRM , so the first dot is the will of managers in the enterprise, this will which include a lot of reasons as knowledge and background...etc, to give a shari in the effect of the enterprise to orientation by customer and drive it to make a better result after it had the tools, Further, larger numbers of workers are better educated and many are professionals.
