The study aimed to reveal the degree to ensure our new technology to fifth grade primary in Palestine with international standards to Technological enlightenment, and follow the researchers descriptive and analytical approach to content, and to achieve the objectives of the study the researchers using a content analysis of the list of technological enlightenment criteria, which included a five-axes card included (87) standard, the study found the following results: The degree to ensure our new technology to fifth grade primary Palestine with international standards of Technological enlightenment of the tool as a whole is (79.32%) and estimated a large extent on axes tool tirelessly, also included a book of new technology to fifth grade primary Palestine with in the five axes of standards international enlighten technological respectively, the technology standards and community centerpiece won first place (100%), came in second place the focus of the nature of technology standards (84.62%), it came in third place the focus needed for the world of technological capacity standards (83.4%), and came in fourth arrangement axis design standards (75%), came in fifth respectively technological systems standards axis (70.6 %).
