Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the degree of effectiveness of school administration and its relationship with an investment of spare time of teachers in public high schools in Farwaniya Governorate in Kuwait.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used two instruments, the first to reveal the degree of effectiveness of school administration, and the second to reveal the investment of spare time of teachers.

The sample of the study consisted of (49) male and female principals, and (330) male and teachers selected with simple random method The results of the study showed that effectiveness of school administration as a whole, and on all domains from the perspective of teachers, was high degree, except The domain of administrative and financial affairs, was at moderate degree, the domain of came in the first rank, and the domain of administrative and financial affairs in the last and fifth rank.
