The objective of the study is to identify the values of originality and modernity included in the Palestinian society, "Geography curriculum", by analyzing the content of the tenth grade book, the researcher used content analyses a tool for research, the third unit of the first semester book" continent of Africa " unit was analyzed.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the results showed that all the values are included in the geography book for the tenth grade, but with different percentages, reaching between 41.52% for the values of aesthetic, up to 5.80% of the political values, it was found that the aesthetic values are the most common 42.52%.

This is due to the nature of geography, which deals with the study of the surface of the earth ,its interior and natural - human phenomena, followed by economic values by 30.80% , that is all refer to the development of the educational system as a whole from the inputs, outputs and processes by any students, teachers, teaching methods, teaching aids and curricula in order to reach the dress of modernity while preserving the authenticity of our heritage, religion and politics, and work to integrate modernity with originality in order to reach modern students with original dress.
