Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the training needs for Arabic language teachers in Al-jameha, in order to answer the study question a training questioner was built consisting of (40) items divided on four dimensions :plaining , Implementation, evaluation, class-management, the study sample consisted of (58) male and female teacher whom teach Arabic language for secondary level in public school in Al-jameha district /Amman in the first semester (2017/2016), the sample divided into (20) male and (38) female teacher, Study result showed a low training needs for Arabic language teacher in al jameha district , in the first order came " Evaluation" dimension, in the last order came " implementing educational situation" , also result showed no statistical differences on total score attributed to gender, meanwhile statistical differences were found on "implementing educational situation " on favor of female teacher, and " class management" on favor of male teacher Moreover, Study result showed no statistical differences attributed to teaching experience's on total degree, while statistical differences appeared on ""implementing educational situation " on favor of teacher with short experience, finally statistical differences attributed to the interaction between gender and experience on total degree and on "class management" dimension on favor of long experience teacher.
