Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the satisfaction degree of the parties to the educational process on the integration of public schools of Ministry of Education.

The sample consists of (185) individuals.

The tool of the study was consisted of three areas: academic and educational, behavioral, value and social area, technical supplies.

Data analysis was used through Descriptive-statistics-test for independent samples, and ANOVA.

The study found the highest level of satisfaction was in the area of technical supplies,(65.9%), behavioral ,value and social (65.2%), the academic and educational(65.7%).Satisfaction degree of the integration of supervisors was (49.9%), school managers(65.1%),teachers (60.6%) and students(76.2%).

The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤ 0.05) in the level of satisfaction with the integration due to the target group between teacher and educational supervisor in favor of teacher, teacher and student in favor of student, the school manager and educational supervisor in favor of the school manager, Educational supervisor and the student in favor of the student.

Then the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the gender variable in the level of different satisfaction of integration Researcher’s recommendations suggested Reconsidering integration standards, integrating leased schools and establishing following up commission concerning integrated schools and students’ academic affairs.
