This study attempts to raise the problem of reforming the educational curricula for the elementary education stage, as it witnesses deficiencies in all its elements in terms of (objectives, content, evaluation) and we monitor this through access to studies and research that attempted to address this issue at various levels internationally and locally and was one of the most important results This study indicates that the objectives of the educational curricula for the elementary education stage are inconsistent with the psychological and intellectual needs of students, and the lack of keeping pace with the curriculum content and educational activities of recent developments in the field of the Arabic language and other subjects, and the failure to measure the evaluation of students ’language performance.
