Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing the administrative tasks of the secondary school principals in Almothalth area from the point of view of the teachers.

The study population consists of (1062) teachers and teachers distributed in (30) secondary schools.

The study sample was chosen from (330) in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study used the descriptive approach, the researcher developed a tool for collecting data, which is a questionnaire to determine the degree of administrative tasks for secondary school principals in the triangle area, which consisted of (38) paragraphs, and verified the truthfulness and consistency, and the study concluded that: 1) the degree of the exercise of administrative tasks for secondary school principals in the triangle area from the point of view of the teachers has come mediocre.

2) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of the exercise of administrative tasks for secondary school principals in the triangle area from the point of view of teachers attributed to the variables of experience and scientific qualification.

3) There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of the exercise of administrative tasks for secondary school principals in the triangle area from the point of view of teachers due to gender variable.
